This morning I conducted an Advanced Car test for XXXXXX, an 18 year old driver,  from the Northampton Advanced Motorists Group. He gave a superb drive, demonstrating a very high level of skill in all areas.  Are you able to pass on to the Group my congratulations to his Observer for the high standard of Associate preparation.
