General Data Protection Regulations – 25th May 2018

New data protection laws mean we need permission to stay in touch therefore we have now contacted all our members who have been current within the past 12 months and our supporters to ask them to opt into receiving communications about promotional and social events.
Members an supporters will still receive our quarterly newsletter, monthly bulletins and subscription reminders as these form part of our core membership with them. In addition members undergoing the Advanced Driving Course will still receive information about one-one observed drives and classroom sessions.
We hav
e asked members to confirm they wish the following:
- to receive information about our social and promotional events
- that we can publish their name and photo in any write up of our events in our newsletter, and on our social media accounts to publicise our Group.
- to use social media and our website to celebrate our test passes and their achievement.
